I am an artist, mother, and teacher in Rogers Park. I have many years of experience making art with toddlers, children, teens, adults, and multi generational groups. My painting studio can accommodate up to 4 and I accept private students and small groups for painting, drawing, and multimedia lessons. I am currently accepting private students and small groups of adults and/or kids ages 2 and up. Mixed ages are welcome! To set up a custom class or private lesson, please send a message with preferred dates and times using the contact form below. These are small classes for up to 4 kids that take place in my studio at Greenleaf Art Center in Rogers Park. Contact me for special requests, custom classes, or to come do a project at your location.

Session 2: Oct 15- Nov 12
Develop your own language of mark making through a series of activities structured to develop your painterly instincts. Learn to trust your intuition while generating original ideas and expressing the unconscious. A development of color, compositions and themes will be explored. Prerequisite: First-Time Painting, Beginning Acrylic Painting or equivalent experience recommended.
MIXED MEDIA EXPLORATION (5 WEEKS)
Ages 3-5 years
Session 2: Oct 17- Nov 14
In this skill-building class students will be introduced to new art materials, tools, and the work of an artist each week. Students will learn at least three specific ways to use the tools to alter and manipulate the material, and then use their new skills to follow their imaginations by creating their own unique artwork. Students will use clay, paint, paper, fabric, and other media.
